The Center for Skeletal Research, funded by a NIAMS P30 grant, is happy to announce its third annual Research Symposium. The goal is to bring together the Boston/New England bone research community for an exciting afternoon of scientific exchange. This year we will again feature talks by two talented leaders of the field from outside the Center (Brendan Lee from Baylor College of Medicine) and Dolores Shoback from UCSF and the San Francisco VA Medical Center Dr. Shoback will also host a special informal session about careers for young investigators. We will also be expanding the poster session and will again offer prizes for the highest ranked posters. The poster session is a wonderful way to communicate your research and meet other investigators and serves as an essential part of the Symposium. We ask that you register for the meeting so we can get a good sense of the number of attendees in advance and because seating is limited.
