Gordon Research Conference
Bones and Teeth: From Understanding the Mechanisms Regulating the Skeleton to Developing therapies
February 1-2, 2020
Galveston, TX, US
Chair: Hongyuan Zhang
Vice Chair: David Maridas
Many scientific questions remain about the physiological mechanisms that govern the homeostasis of the skeleton. Current research in bone biology aims to answer these questions in order to facilitate the development of novel therapies for skeletal diseases. At the 2020 Bones and Teeth GRS, we intend to focus on therapeutics for bone disorders: From understanding the mechanisms regulating the skeleton to developing therapies. We hope to introduce early career scientists to novel perspectives and innovative techniques by creating a bridge between basic and translational research.
