Join the CCMBM/PREMIER sponsored MSK Genomics Workshop entitled “New Computational Tools for Musculoskeletal Discovery using Genome-wide Approaches”

This workshop is a hands-on demo for innovative tools that support musculoskeletal discovery using published genome-wide association study results. These tools aim to support laboratory researchers, even those with minimal computational experience, in leveraging large genome-wide association studies to prioritize clinically relevant genes for further laboratory study. Attendees will learn how to utilize these tools during the workshop.

Attendees will learn how to:

-Use large and complex genomics data in an efficient way

-Prioritize genes for further studies according to their relevance to the human GWAS variants

-Use each tool in detail and future directions
